How are your costs calculated?

July/August 2022, all suppliers have increased their prices, some massively. One even by 250%. Our materials have become considerably more expensive. Unfortunately, these price increases are making themselves felt.

Methods of payment

We accept:

1. Electronic Transfer, IBAN.
2. PayPal
3. Cash.

You will receive a purchase and proof and a bill shortly after your order.

Please note that we ask you to pay between 50% to 100% of the prize up front. We ask for this to ensure that we do not receive orders that later go unpaid.

Shipping and handling

Costs for shipping and handling are calculated by these factors:

1. Length of the longest weapon
2. Total weight of the weapons
3. Number of weapons ordered

For the cheapest prize, we suggest you either pick up your order directly from us or meet us at a seminar or similar location.

Shipping and handling takes a lot of preparation and care. We carefully package your order (needs some time) so that it arrives at its destination without any damages.

From 47.24" | 120 cm upwards the merchandise is considered a bulk good and will be charged extra.

Unfortunately, this goes for the shipment as a whole, regardless of numbers.

Shipping and handling prices are calculated for delivery within Germany. Please ask us about your country and we will be happy to answer!

We also ship our Soft Bo XL on request, but due to it being a bulk good we need to specifically contact a shipping company about, this is more expensive.

If you order your weapons in bulk, costs will be calculated in regards to the largest weapon in your oder.

We live about 1 hour by car from the Dutch border near Arnhem. If you come from the Netherlands and if you like, combine the collection of your weapons with a Bujinkan training with us or a cup of coffee :-). You are always welcome!
